    It is now the season of film directors from Tamil cinema making merry at the Bollywood. Joining the long list of directors venturing to do Bollywood movie is veteran Bharathiraja. He has directed Nana Patekar for a gripping thriller titled Cinema. The movie is simultaneously being released in Tamil as Bommalattam.Bharathiraja and Nana Patekar have worked together tirelessly for over a year to complete the movie.

    The first official stills of much awaited magnum opus of legendary actor Kamal Hassan's Dasavatharam are out on Tuesday and it seems that there is nothing special in the photographs (May be the film had many specials of its kind!). Directed by K S Ravikumar, the movie is produced on a whooping budget by Oscar Ravichandran.Kamal Haasan plays 10 different roles in this film and for which he has dubbed in 10 different voices.

    Raman Thediay Seethai is the first film of Moserbaer in Tamil as an individual producer. Since they have launched its production house with the intention of making good films, this project would be one such category. Speaking about the film, Director Cheran, the hero of the movie says that this film would become a turning point like Autograph. He also praises the talent of Director Jaganath.

    'Yaradi Nee Mohini' is the remake of a Telugu film titled 'Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule' starring Venkatesh and Trisha in the lead. The original version, which was a blockbuster, was directed by ace director Selvaraghavan.'Yaradi Nee Mohini' has Dhanush and Nayantara in the lead roles. Mithran R. Jawahar, Selvaraghavan’s assistant director, directs the movie, while Selvaraghavan himself pens the script.The film deals with a love story set in the backdrop of a young man’s complex over his shortcomings.

    The supporting cast includes talented actors like Vinith, Chandraesekhar, Raghuvaran, Shriman, Sukumari, Pallavi, Arthi, Manobala and Ramesh Khanna.The film is produced by four US-based software engineers hailing from Andhra Pradesh. And the story is penned by R Raj who has done some work in Hollywood.And it's through the Internet that the foursome chanced on the work of director Jairaj and decided that he would direct their maiden production venture.

    A joint venture of Sujatha Cine Arts and Adlabs (Mumbai), ‘Kireedam’ has Ajith and Trisha playing the lead. The film is directed by debutant Vijay who has apprenticed under director Priyadarshan.The first schedule of shooting took place at Rajamundhry. In the 20 days schedule, some crucial scenes were shot on Ajith, which included a fight scene with Ajay Kumar who plays a rowdy here. Choreographed by stunt master Super Subbarayan, it had Ajith taking on Ajay and members of his gang.

    Kamal Haasan pens the story, screenplay and dialogue apart from sporting 10 different looks in his new film, ‘Dasavatharam’. Playing the female lead is Asin, with Jayapradha and Mallika Sherawat in crucial roles. The cast also includes Napoleon, Santhana Bharathi and M S Bhasker. The film introduces to the Tamil arena Himesh Reshammiya, the popular music director of Hindi films. The film is directed by K S Ravikumar.
