Asin has won the ITFA best actress award for her excellent performance in Dasavatharam. The award ceremony would be held at Singapore on 16th May. Asin has paired up with Kamal Haasan in which he played 10 different character role in this film. Asin shared her role with Kamal Haasan with this mega hit movie

Earlier Asin has received the filmfare award for the best Hindi debut this year for her performance in the flick Gajini.
