Kamal and Hema Malini in 'Marmayogi'

In Kamal's dictionary, there's no such word as rest. Acting in a new film is like leisure to him.  He has only now completed acting in the mega
project 'Dasavataram.' The post production work is not yet complete and he's already on to his next project. 

 After 'Dasavataram,' Kamal was to  act under Saran's direction. That project was abandoned and P Vasu took the place of Saran. He was and  is still working on the story.

Anyway, Kamal did not give his call sheet to P Vasu. He is now concentrating on his dream project 'Marmayogi' that is as grand a film as 'Dasavataram.' Kamal will act in the film as well as direct it.

 The first copy is to be produced by Adlabs. Kajol has been approached to play the  female lead.
 
In a surprise move, dream girl Hema Malini is also acting in 'Marmayogi.' She had been upset that Kamal had almost reduced her to a junior
 artiste in 'Hey Ram' but on reading the script of 'Marmayogi,' she almost swooned. She let bygones be and has readily accepted since the character is good. Music will be composed by AR Rehman. Official announcement on 'Marmayogi' is expected after the release of 'Dasavataram.'
